COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus has directly impacted our lives. We would like patients to know that keeping you safe remains our highest priority during this historic pandemic. Please be reassured that you can keep your appointment as scheduled.
Cleaning and disinfecting waiting room chairs, pens, clipboards, countertops, patient rooms, door handles, exam chairs, equipment, and sterilizing instruments before and after every patient has always been standard procedure. To protect against the spread of coronavirus, our efforts have increased in accordance with current corona-virus CDC recommendations.
Please be reassured that our office has made special precautions to protect our patients who still want to be seen. We have implemented the following changes:
No patient will wait in the waiting room. They will immediately be escorted into a private treatment room which has been disinfected according to CDC recommendations.
Visits are staggered 30 minutes apart to allow for private visits and to allow the proper disinfection process of all surfaces.
We have made special arrangements so patients will not need to touch any pens or paperwork.
Our staff is required to wear protective gear including masks and gloves.
If you feel sick or have a fever or cough please reschedule your appointment. We will all get through this in time so let’s be smart and work together.
